To ensure efficient handling of defective Cricut units, please follow the steps below.

Return Process

PROCESS

Initial Contact

Customers and N-users must contact Cricut directly via phone or email.

Troubleshooting

Cricut will perform troubleshooting with the customer. This may include requesting videos and additional information about the issue.

Reference Number

If Cricut determines the unit is defective, they will issue a reference number to the customer.

Request Sent

Cricut will then send a replacement request to our team, including the reference number.

Replacement & Collection

FULFILLMENT

Upon receiving the request, we will:

Arrange delivery of the replacement unit to the customer or N-user.

Collect the defective unit at the same time.

Important

We are unable to assist with any replacement or collection without a valid Cricut reference number.
