We offer flat-rate shipping across South Africa, with free delivery on orders above a set threshold (check promotions for details). Shipping costs will always be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note Due to the nature of this being a product clearance platform, product packaging might not be received in pristine condition and may have previous retailer labels affixed to packaging. Returns and refunds will only be processed where a product is found to be defective - Damaged packaging is excluded from acceptable returns requests.It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are purchasing the correct product for their respective uses. (which consumable work with which machines for example). Should you be unsure if you are making the correct purchase, please contact orders@secretsale.co.za for confirmation BEFORE making your purchase.

Yes — if your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change or cancellation. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.

Currently, Secret Sale only ships within South Africa. International shipping is not yet available.

We work directly with trusted suppliers and brands through Nexus Hub to secure end-of-line items, clearance stock, and products with slightly damaged packaging. This allows us to offer authentic products at greatly reduced prices without compromising on quality.
